2009
IMS celebrates it's tenth anniversary.  

2008
The WWINN Group is established with affiliates INNLab, IMS and ESPS. WWINN becomes a fully private owned organization, meaning IMS is no longer part of the Grontmij NV. 

2005
IMS starts a separate service organization ESPS (Equipment Services & Productivity Solutions). ESPS is responsible for the service and support for IMS equipment worldwide. For more information please visit www.esps.nl.

2003
IMS establishes a firm market position, doing business worldwide with well known manufacturing companies. Looking at market trends and market outlook, IMS chooses a focus on offering production solutions for micro assembly and testing.

2001
IMS opens its new building in Almelo, at the Einsteinstraat 14.

July 1999
IMS is founded by a Management Buy Out from Texas Instruments Holland. Grontmij NV and IMS management are the main shareholders.
