Advanced feeding and inspection of
micro parts

With the ProVis IMS offers a complete solution for automatic, accurate and flexible feeding and inspection of micro parts. The system has a modular build up in functionality and consists of standard components, resulting in a reliable, cost-effective feeding solution.

IMS’ ProMicro acts as the standard worktable for the ProVis. Integration in a new production design or in an existing production equipment is also possible.

The system provides reliable and cost effective handling of various micro parts. With a quick scan on our demo system,we define the feasibility and reliable use. The system has open interfacing and is easily programmable for different components.
Product recognition and positioning is done via the presentation surface and vision, meaning dedicated devices are not needed. Vision based recognition and inspection of parts forms the heart of the system.

Batches of bulk-parts are randomly supplied to the camera system. Only qualified parts are picked up for inspection. A standard inspection is performed on dimensions, but dedicated visual checks are also possible.

After inspection, parts are offered for assembly, selection OK/NOK or packaging.
