promicro.jpg With the ProMicro, IMS offers a solution for the accurate assembly of small products in the µm2 range.

The philosophy behind the ProMicro is automation of value-add processes and manual performance of non-value add processes.

The ProMicro consists of a standard work table with linear servo stepping, a standard software shell and dedicated operations. Through its modular build up, production can grow from low to medium sized output levels.

To secure safe laser welding, IMS developed special safety shields for its laser welding applications. The large cover can be turned away completely, providing easy access to the units for maintenance
