Assembly line for biochips

Development of an assembly line based on ICair

IMS designed and built an assembly line based on Icair, for the production of biochips. These biochips are used in hospitals and laboratories for analysis and testing.

Process:
The equipment fills the biochips with 96 different test fluids (96 x 1,0mu) and then dries the fluids in an oven. After that the biochips are sealed with foil and packed in magazines.
